The modular system outlined here is a comprehensive plan for implementing a global cybersecurity project. Designed as an evolving document, it breaks down into independent sub-projects managed by specialized groups such as universities or external partners. The system's primary component, the AB-router, will be installed at telecoms and client sites to secure communication and traffic. A central database will store data on client implementations, potential threats, and AB-router configurations, supporting seamless communication between firewalls, Security Operation Centers (SOCs), and telecom routers. This ensures traffic is managed accurately, even when IPs change, by using unique identifiers.
The AB-routers will have built-in functionality for encapsulating traffic within secured network IP ranges, enhancing overall security and potentially extending to traffic to/from non-clients. Administrative systems will oversee client registration, billing, and security features, including handling false positives and certifications to prevent system abuse. Additionally, an electronic ID system is proposed, which, while controversial, could streamline global authentication and raise privacy considerations.
Beyond core functions, the system offers expanded security services such as comprehensive login systems with global IDs, two-factor authentication, and secured email solutions. It also includes traffic filtering to mitigate DDoS attacks and prevent spoofing. The project’s scope extends to consultancy, penetration testing by certified professionals, and certification programs for security products and white hat hackers. Overall, this initiative aims to make cybersecurity integral to future internet development, fostering safety, collaboration, and global well-being while challenging the status quo of cybercrime.
